Basic / Gentle
This class combines the benefits of gentle stretching and toning with soothing re-energizing restorative postures, both active and passive as well as chair work. The class will include a strong emphasis on the breath, encouraging deeper, smoother breathing which aids in slowing the heartbeat, reducing the flow of adrenalin and increasing the flow of endorphins.... helping students to tap into the body's natural tranquilizer. Suitable for all levels, even beginners.
